Manilva Town Hall has as its priority objective to foster a harmonious and cooperative environment between businesses and residents, with particular attention to the Sabinillas promenade. Achieving this goal requires effective control, organisation and signposting of the use of public space by the terraces of the various establishments.
Ensuring a comfortable, accessible and productive promenade
By implementing measures to regulate and organise the use of public space, Manilva Town Hall aims to turn the Sabinillas promenade into a welcoming and pleasant space for residents and visitors. This initiative will help ensure that the promenade is:
- Comfortable: There will be adequate space for pedestrians to walk freely without encountering obstacles.
- Accessible: The promenade will be easy to get around for people with disabilities and for those using pushchairs or other mobility devices.
- Productive: Businesses will have the opportunity to thrive, provided they comply with the established regulations and maintain a positive relationship with the community.
Promoting a thriving business community
Manilva Town Hall recognises the importance of a dynamic business community for the local economy. By setting clear guidelines for the use of public space, the Town Hall intends to foster a favourable environment in which businesses can flourish without compromising the comfort and accessibility of the promenade.
Working together towards a shared vision
Manilva Town Hall is committed to working closely with traders and residents to achieve its vision of a harmonious and prosperous promenade. Through open communication and cooperation, the Town Hall considers that all those involved can benefit from a well-managed and pleasant public space.
Replacement of stained areas
On another note, marks can be seen in some areas of the new promenade, which appeared stained by some kind of spillage and which we assume are the pieces that will be replaced shortly.
