The facilities of the Manilva municipal gym have been officially reopened, with a markedly improved appearance after a complete renovation of the entire interior.
The mayor of Manilva, Mario Jiménez, the Sports councillor, Manolo Gil, and the Infrastructure and Works councillor, Diego José Jiménez, visited the gym to check the finished work.
The interior of the gym now has a modern look, with new rubber flooring in the weights room and parquet in the cardio area, as well as decorative work, painting and the installation of the new Sports department logo, according to the municipal officials.
It is also worth noting that the equipment available to users is practically one hundred per cent new and state of the art. This is possible thanks to the leasing system, which is working very well, although some of the machines are also municipally owned.
The Town Hall officials were very satisfied with the final result of this sports facility, which is widely used by residents and which has been available to enjoy since the beginning of October.
They also wanted to encourage residents to make use of the municipal gym by contacting the Sports department on 952 89 15 32 or through the social media accounts of this department.
