As we have been reporting, Manilva Town Hall has been renovating the toilets on its beaches.
This €385,000 investment, complemented by the purchase of a tractor and the installation of a children’s playground (between La Colonia beach and Puerto de la Duquesa), was funded by the Mancomunidad de Municipios de la Costa del Sol Occidental.
This morning, the last of the 15 toilet blocks spread along the coastline was put in place in the Chullera area.
The mayor, Mario Jiménez, and the Beaches councillor, Eva Galindo, highlighted the good relations with supramunicipal bodies, which make this type of investment possible, as well as improving the service to residents with these new facilities.
