Improvements to the ecological reserve

-

The Environment councillor, Noelia Muñoz, has completed an initiative aimed at improving the experience of the hundreds of people who visit and enjoy the «Playas de Manilva» Ecological Reserve, with the installation of new information panels.

On this occasion, the focus is on replacing the signage in the heavily frequented coastal area, noted for its unrivalled wealth of flora and fauna. The measure seeks not only to improve the look of the surroundings but also to provide a more complete service to residents, allowing them to access detailed information on the various aspects of this valuable corner of the municipality.

The replacement involved installing ten composite panels, 3 mm thick, labelled with printed vinyl with an anti-graffiti laminate. To minimise the environmental impact, the existing wooden posts, which were in perfect condition, were reused. It should be noted that the panel designs are original and were produced by the Environment department itself.

This initiative highlights not only councillor Noelia Muñoz’s commitment to preserving the natural environment, but also her focus on improving the experience of those who enjoy the «Playas de Manilva» Ecological Reserve. The focus is on enhancing the area, while guaranteeing the sustainability and conservation of this valuable environmental heritage.
