Handover certificate signed for Calle Uppsala

-

This morning the handover certificate was signed for Calle Uppsala, which links Princesa Kristina and Hacienda Guadalupe.

The road is 150 linear metres long and covers 2,000 square metres, with 23 parking spaces. It also has LED lighting, pavements and ornamental trees.

The work was funded by the company Hi Obras y Servicios, developer of the Puro Sur housing development, which has built 143 homes in two phases, most of them already sold, and which has thus fulfilled the commitment it made to the Town Hall to provide the area with this infrastructure.

The handover of this work, which now becomes municipal property, was attended by the mayor, Mario Jiménez, along with the councillors for Infrastructure, Diego José Jiménez, and Urban Planning, Marcos Ruiz. They were also accompanied by the area director, Maria de los Ángeles Ramos.

Residents of this important area of the municipality now have this new infrastructure, which will have an access gate.

The Urban Planning councillor also gave further details about the new construction of the group of homes, which stand out for their modern design and spectacular views.

Municipal officials stressed the importance of the new road in terms of safety and for better connection between these important housing developments.
