Manilva Town Hall has put out to tender the purchase of a new 40-seat bus, with a base tender budget of €220,001.6 plus taxes. This new vehicle will help strengthen the municipality’s intercity and school public transport service.
This would be the second bus acquired during this term of office, renewing the fleet of vehicles providing the public urban transport service in the municipality, which was obsolete and caused many shortcomings in the service because of the constant breakdowns and faults resulting from its age.
We recall that the first renewed bus, with 30 seats, was put into service last April.
The technical specifications have already been published on the Public Sector Procurement Platform, and offers will be accepted until 3 September. The maximum delivery period for the vehicle will be 8 months from the notification of the award.
