Manilva is plunged into deep sadness following the death of a very well-known and well-liked person in the town, who lost their life on Monday on the way out of the Manilva town centre in the direction of Casares.
According to information obtained by this newsroom, the incident occurred this afternoon at around 19:30, when a call raised the alarm, quickly mobilising the Local Police, Guardia Civil, firefighters and emergency services, who on arrival at the scene could only confirm the person’s death.
Numerous people from the local community have expressed their sorrow and solidarity with the family and loved ones at this very difficult time.
Out of respect for the family and given the sensitivity of the case, no further details will be given about the incident.
