Another robbery at a business in Sabinillas. At 3:30 in the morning, two individuals in a grey Seat Ibiza attempted a ram-raid robbery at Supermercados El Jamón in Sabinillas.
As happened barely a month ago at a jeweller’s in the town, where the same ram-raid method was used, with the same make and model of vehicle, which was later found to have been stolen that same night, on this occasion the vehicle ended up literally inside the establishment itself, wrecking the side door and the windows.
The supermarket’s alarm woke the whole neighbourhood, who alerted the Local Police. This foiled the attempt and the culprits had to flee the scene on foot.
The vehicle has been intercepted by the police, who are working to track down those responsible.
