Construction begins on a development on one of the few remaining beachfront plots on the Costa del Sol, located between the Castillo and the Puerto Deportivo de la Duquesa.
The plan includes three buildings with 143 unique homes with sea views, with two, three and four bedrooms. Grupo ABU is to build a new development of homes in Manilva with cutting-edge architecture on the seafront, next to the Castillo de la Duquesa and five minutes from the La Duquesa marina.
This is Grupo ABU’s most recent project on the Costa del Sol, where the developer already has nine housing developments under way. It will invest more than €80 million in this residential complex, and promises to deliver a development bearing the ABU brand’s hallmark: exclusive, designer homes with meticulous attention to detail, in a low-density residential complex with top-quality facilities and communal amenities within the private grounds.
Homes with swimming pool and green areas
The development will comprise three buildings with 143 unique homes, with two, three and four bedrooms. It will also include parking, a communal swimming pool, green areas and a large square at its centre. The project has been designed so that as many homes as possible have terraces and windows facing the beach. The layout of the buildings makes use of the space on the plot to offer this to owners, who will be able to enjoy their daily life on the spacious terraces.
Archaeological remains
The development will also house an archaeological museum containing Roman ruins. Following the discovery of these remains, an exhibition area was planned as a window onto the history and culture of the region, which will allow residents to learn more about their roots and the past of this land.

Que asco de políticos que negocian con la vivienda. Van a terminar de destrozar la zona con viviendas para pijos ricos. Destrozando el entorno del castillo.
