The Regional Ministry of Health and Families, in collaboration with the Institute of Statistics and Cartography of Andalucía, has published today’s figures for Monday 5 April, reporting 8 new positive cases and 8 recoveries in Manilva. The number of active cases over the last 14 days therefore remains at 17, keeping the 14-day active incidence at 103.4 (cases per 100,000 inhabitants). The total number of confirmed cases in Manilva since the start of the pandemic stands at 950 people and 17 deaths.
As for the cumulative incidence over the last 7 days , it has risen from 42.58 to 54.74 (positive cases per 100,000 inhabitants).
We note the fall in incidence in all the neighbouring municipalities that we have been monitoring, and especially in Castellar de la Frontera, which has beaten COVID and today, Monday, is declared a town with 0 active cases.

* Estepona: 61 cases (28 fewer)
* San Roque: 20 cases (3 fewer)
* Castellar: 0 (2 fewer)
* Los Barrios: 9 cases (11 fewer)
* La Línea: 26 cases (4 fewer)
* Algeciras: 102 cases (60 fewer)
* Benahavís: 11 cases (unchanged)
* Marbella: 206 cases (8 fewer)
* Casares: 1 case (1 fewer)
