This Saturday, the VOX Manilva Municipal Group, through its spokesperson Antonio José Marín, asked the Government Team for information about a press report published on 28 June 2023, which stated that the plot containing the 1st and 2nd century Roman ruins near the Castillo de la Duquesa had been acquired at public auction for €4,000,000, with its market value estimated at €16,000,000.
The same document also requests:
- Access to the municipal technical report that authorises the construction of a multi-family building on top of the ruins
- The project submitted by the developer for the construction of the housing development
- Given that the article refers to the Town Hall managing an archaeological museum located beneath the building, access to the management and operation plan for the archaeological museum.
