Manilva Town Hall is at the forefront of communication with the urgent purchase of a new mobile phone for the press department at a cost to the public purse of €1,757.56 plus VAT.
With the aim of improving communication with residents and offering a more efficient service, Manilva Town Hall has acquired this new latest-generation device because, according to the tender documents we have had access to, «the Head of Press editor has broken his current one and needs a new one fairly urgently; he is used to working with these devices as they allow him to carry out his tasks with greater ease».
This investment will surely help to optimise and improve the dissemination of news, events and municipal activities, bringing the institution even closer to residents and presenting a better image to the public.
Thanks to the advanced features of this device, the press department will be able to capture better, high-quality images and videos, edit them quickly and easily, and share them instantly on social media and on other digital channels of the council itself.
The Town Hall carried out a competitive tender process for the purchase of the new mobile phone. After evaluating the three proposals submitted and with a view to optimising public spending, the contract was awarded to BIOS Technology Solutions S.L. of Atarfe, Granada, its offer being the most economically advantageous, the highest being 2,092.38 EUR plus taxes.
