The delegate for Finance, Juan Carlos Morejón, has announced that, thanks to the work carried out by the Treasury team at Manilva Town Hall, the average time taken to pay suppliers has fallen considerably.
According to figures for 2023, during the first two quarters it took close to a month to make these payments, with a direct impact on those suppliers. Now, however, following the appropriate measures, from the fourth quarter of 2023 suppliers receive their money in around 10 days.
As we have previously reported, the tax collection services have also been modernised, allowing taxpayers to make payments through partner financial institutions by means of the introduction of the Cuaderno 60 coding system. Payment can be made at cash machines, at branches that offer the service, or through online banking.
