More than 120 scooters took part in the “Sabi Scooter Day” event, organised by the Tourism and Youth departments of Manilva Town Hall together with the association Sabinillas Scooter Crew and in collaboration with the Club Lambretta España.
Participants had the chance to ride through several nearby locations, as well as the three population centres, before heading to the Paseo Marítimo to continue enjoying the day.
Alejandro Orea, president of Sabinillas Scooter Crew, was very pleased and highlighted the good atmosphere among all those attending.
Members of the Corporation came along to the event on two wheels. For councillor Marcos Ruiz, this is one of the essential activities held in our municipality and it continues to become more established with each new edition.
Throughout the day, many local residents came to enjoy the event, which also featured concerts by the UK band “Secret Affair”; “Moonrakers”, from Barcelona; and “Fred Perros”, from Málaga.
