To mark the festivities in honour of San Luis, patron saint of Sabinillas, the Festivals department, headed by councillor Rogelio Pascual, has prepared a range of activities for the coming days in Plaza Vicente Espinel in Sabinillas and at various points around the municipality.

Saturday, 23 August
22:00 Performance by “Cancionero de Jérez”, in a heartfelt tribute to Manolo Escobar.
00:00 Performance by the group “Chanelando”, who will provide the musical finale to the evening with their fresh, lively style.

Monday, 25 August
08:00 Lively morning reveilles (dianas) and street parades through Sabinillas by the Charanga de Cádiz.
20:00 Solemn Holy Mass in honour of San Luis, sung by the Municipal School of Music Choir at the church of San Luis de Sabinillas.
The procession will follow, making its way along the main streets of Sabinillas, accompanied by the Municipal Band. (Organised by: Hermandad de la Virgen del Carmen y de San Luis de Sabinillas, with the collaboration of the Culture department).
22:30 Music and dancing in Plaza Vicente Espinel, with entertainment from the group “Cat Forever”.
The Festivals department invites residents and visitors to enjoy these celebrations, which combine tradition, devotion and fun in tribute to their patron saint, San Luis.
