In addition to the resurfacing work planned in the Tejarillo area, the Infrastructure and Works department of Manilva Town Hall has announced that these improvement works will also be carried out in the Manilva town centre, specifically on Calle Nueva, Calle Peñuela and the Loreto development.
This morning, the councillor responsible for this area, Diego José Jiménez, visited the site together with technical staff from the department he heads to inspect the damage to the road surface. As a result, work will begin in approximately one month, improving the appearance of these streets and the safety of the many vehicles that use these roads in the Manilva town centre.
As Jiménez explained, work will be carried out on a total surface area of 4,900 square metres, and will include the ducting needed for the future undergrounding of the overhead cabling.
