Yesterday the mayor, Mario Jiménez, and the first deputy mayor, Diego José Jiménez, visited the Tejarillo area in Sabinillas, which forms part of the resurfacing plan launched by the infrastructure and works department of Manilva Town Hall.
Over the coming days, an area that needed improvement will be resurfaced, according to the town’s mayor, who recalled that work of this kind has been carried out in all three population centres and even in Puerto de la Duquesa. He also apologised to residents for any inconvenience that may be caused.
For his part, the councillor for infrastructure and works said that this phase of the resurfacing plan has included, in addition to the work in Tejarillo, calle Nueva and the surroundings of La Peñuela, and added that work will continue in other parts of the municipality.
As both councillors indicated, the idea is to try to reach all the places where the road surface needs improvement.
