The company Movimientos Grupo OV SL has expressed interest in building and operating a car park for Plaza Ginebra in Sabinillas, having submitted in recent days a feasibility study which has today been made available for public consultation and will remain available for one month. Once this period has ended, work will begin on the preliminary design, followed by the tender process and, subsequently, the construction work.
The future car park will have 205 spaces spread over three levels, two of which will be privately owned parking and a third will be for pay-and-display use. The estimated construction time is 16 to 18 months, with completion expected before the end of the current term of office.
In addition, the project design includes the construction of a outdoor fitness park at surface level, with shaded areas for the enjoyment of residents and, in particular, older people.
