The Environment department of Manilva Town Hall has announced the forthcoming opening of a new viewpoint on a stretch of the Senda Litoral and the Reserva Ecológica Playas de Manilva, near Playa Paraíso.
The viewpoint has been created as a place to rest and take in the surroundings, offering spectacular panoramic views for visitors to enjoy. It also features a swing bearing a heartfelt message: «Bésame en el Mar».
This revitalised spot will be named after Manuel Romero González, who played a key role as head of geodiversity and biodiversity in Manilva. As a biologist specialising in Protected Natural Areas, his work and dedication were essential to the creation of the natural area that is enjoyed in the municipality today.
The Environment department is calling on all visitors to look after and preserve the shared areas and to act as responsible guardians of our natural surroundings.
The inauguration of the viewpoint is scheduled for the coming days, and all residents and nature lovers are warmly invited to enjoy this new space for leisure and reflection in an exceptional setting.
