Manilva Town Hall has announced the opening of the application period for the temporary filling of the post of Municipal Secretary, reserved for civil servants with National Accreditation (FHN). The call follows the post becoming vacant, and the council is seeking to fill it urgently to guarantee the proper functioning of the local administration.
According to the Town Hall’s notice board, the document was created on 6 February 2025, signed by the mayor on 13 February (7 days later), and published on the notice board on the 24th (11 days after signing). In line with the guidelines of the Circular of the Directorate-General for Local Administration on the temporary filling of FHN posts in Andalusia, dated 9 March 2018, civil servants who meet the legal requirements to hold the post will have ten working days to submit their applications.
The Municipal Corporation has made public its interest in filling this vacancy by one of the forms of temporary provision established in Article 48 and following of Royal Decree 128/2018 of 16 March, which regulates the legal regime of Local Administration civil servants with National Accreditation.
Applications may be submitted by any of the means provided for in Art. 16.4 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
