The Manilva Town Hall is currently replacing printers and multifunction devices in municipal offices.
It should be recalled that, previously, and endorsed at the last council meeting, an open procedure was called for the supply of this equipment on a rental basis.
The aim is to meet the reproduction needs of the various Town Hall departments, with the best equipment and at the lowest possible cost. The contract covers the provision and commissioning of all the equipment required to guarantee full administrative operation, as well as its maintenance.
A total of 34 multifunction devices, 2 plotters and 6 scanners will be installed, with the main objective of improving the service to residents and ensuring that they are an adequate tool for municipal management.
