The Infrastructure and Works department and the Residential Estates department are currently working on the road that runs through Manilva Beach.
As explained by the councillors responsible for these areas, Diego José Jiménez and Laura López, under an agreement between the Town Hall and the residents’ association of this estate, the roads in the area are undergoing resurfacing, as they had numerous potholes caused by the deterioration of the road surface over time.
Once the potholes have been cleared, a team of municipal workers is repairing them by laying new asphalt, which will significantly improve the appearance and safety of this important estate.
Both López and Jiménez, who wanted to see the progress of the works first-hand, said that the residential estates within the municipality will always have the support of Manilva Town Hall, as far as resources allow.
