After a short break, Las Brasas returns with a new name and renewed energy. The restaurant, now known as Las Brasas de Luii, reopens its doors under the direction of its owner, Luisa, who, after being diagnosed with an illness, has decided to face it head on and take a step forward, so that she can keep her spirits up and carry on fighting from her restaurant, which provides employment on which many families depend.
Luisa, who is greatly loved by her neighbours and her own employees, has shown great strength and determination in facing this new chapter, becoming a symbol of hope and perseverance for anyone pursuing their dreams.
Las Brasas de Luii is getting ready for a new summer with more enthusiasm than ever. The restaurant will continue to offer its delicious roast pork ribs and secreto (Iberian pork cut).
