The mayor of Manilva, José Manuel Fernández, together with the Environment councillor, Noelia Muñoz, carried out an inspection of the coastal path, from the Martagina stream to the Playa Paraíso housing development, with the aim of assessing the damage to its surface.
The coastal path, funded by the Diputación Provincial de Málaga and still within its guarantee period, is an important resource for the town and for visitors who wish to enjoy the natural beauty of this area.
In response to the damage identified, Manilva Town Hall has taken action and has asked the contractor to carry out the repairs needed to correct the faults or defects in the work carried out on the coastal path. This measure seeks to ensure its proper maintenance and upkeep, so that residents and tourists can continue to enjoy this unique ecological and scenic setting in the area.
Manilva Town Hall reaffirms its commitment to protecting the environment and to providing quality public spaces for everyone to enjoy. It also thanks the Diputación Provincial de Málaga for its support, which has been essential for the creation and maintenance of projects such as this one.
