This morning, the court delegation and representatives of the owner, accompanied by Local Police and Guardia Civil officers, carried out the eviction of thirteen illegally occupied homes in the «Manilva Mar y Golf» complex, on calle La Cepa.
Thanks to prior notifications from the court, many of them were already vacant.
The mayor of Manilva and head of Public Safety, José Manuel Fernández, thanked the security forces for their work in this type of action, which helps to restore the rights of the owners of these homes.
