We have reached mid-August, and with it one of the most eagerly awaited popular sporting events of the year, the Corruco Race, a popular run along the main street of Sabinillas, the seafront promenade, Puerto de la Duquesa and El Castillo, with one of the most memorable stretches for everyone passing through the Colonia Infantil, where the entertainment inside brings a smile to all the participants.
Friday 15 August
Holi Party at 19:30 on the Cali beach in Sabinillas, which once again will feature the usual coloured powders, foam cannons and music by DJ Becerra.
Manilva Beaches night trail; at 21:00 a popular walk of about 10 km will set off from the Plaza del Cali along the seafront promenade, Puerto de la Duquesa, El Castillo and the coastal path. On their return, participants will be offered refreshments and background music at the finish.
Saturday 16 August
XIII Corruco Race; a popular run starting at 19:00 on the La Noria seafront promenade, with the younger age categories on calle Duquesa de Arcos in Sabinillas, followed by the main race, which will run along calle Duquesa de Arcos in Sabinillas, La Colonia, the seafront promenade, Puerto de la Duquesa, El Castillo and back.
We also remind you that the Mercado del Mar in the La Noria area of Sabinillas is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 20:00 to 01:00, until 31 August.
