Local rider David Cano had an exciting weekend at the penultimate round of the Andalusian Motocross Championship, held at the Las Arenas municipal circuit in Valverde del Camino (Huelva), where the Motoclub Valverdeño, the organiser, has once again made the event a real spectacle for participants and spectators alike, bringing together the best riders on the Andalusian scene.
Despite suffering some mechanical problems with his Honda in the last heat, Cano won both races in the MX3 category, leaving the overall standings wide open with just one round to go. After good results in the most recent rounds, David Cano is just one point behind the leader, so the Andalusian title will be decided at the XIII Motocross Ciudad de Morón on 1 December.
