More than eight kilometres of beaches along our coast, in perfect condition and with the best facilities, so that holidaymakers looking to cool off in summer choose Manilva.
With this premise, and with the aim of also offering residents the best possible conditions and infrastructure to enjoy, Eva Galindo, as councillor for the Beaches and Tourism department, has been working for some time on making good use of the budget allocations that come from the Mancomunidad de Municipios de la Costa del Sol Occidental (the association of municipalities of the western Costa del Sol).
The playground, located right on the beach between Sabinillas and the Puerto de la Duquesa, will feature a pirate ship more than 12 metres long and almost 7.5 metres wide, with capacity for 82 children and games for young people aged from 3 to 14.
Ahead of summer, the addition of 15 toilet modules, together with a new tractor for cleaning and collection work, amounts to a total of more than 350,000 euros of investment to provide better services and infrastructure for one of Manilva’s most important and in-demand economic drivers: our coastline.
