Manilva is today the focus of attention for numerous international news outlets, especially those aimed at the property and investment sector, such as Idealista, Brainsre.news, Investing, Europa Press, El Inmobiliario and EP Turismo… following the purchase of 4 million square metres of land in Manilva by the developer DarGlobal, which is preparing to begin operating in Spain with the creation of «two exclusive equestrian and golf properties».
The developer, which is part of the Saudi conglomerate Dar Al Arkan and is headquartered in London, states that the projects it will build in Manilva “will be inspired by international equestrian and golf destinations such as the neighbouring areas of Sotogrande and Valderrama”, and says it wants to position Manilva “as the leading destination in Europe for luxury properties”.
DarGlobal, founded in 2017, has launched multiple luxury projects and currently the company has properties in Qatar, Oman and the UAE created jointly with Pagani, Missoni, Elie Saab and Trump.
The mayor of Manilva, Mario Jiménez, has highlighted that this operation means the town “is in the sights of quality investment that will bring a conversion and improvement for the municipality, generating employment and wealth throughout the region.”

To mark the start of its activities in Spain, DarGlobal, in collaboration with the mayor of Manilva, Mario Jiménez, will present this project at FITUR on Friday 20 January, at midday, at the Costa del Sol Tourism Board stand.
